/r/churning would disagree with you on annual fees. Those cards often give the best bonuses, and you can downgrade/cancel when the fee comes due.

NoScript browser plugin takes care of that, but it is pretty intrusive for the average user (tends to break some websites unless you whitelist them)

So why were you in the UK knowing the government was after you?

My dad has this... he had multiple eye surgeries as a kid and it never really healed right, so to this day he can't see 3d properly... like you, he has compensated in other ways. At this point I think he's given up on surgeries though :(
