How did you catch him? Did you get your money back? If not, what was your loss?

I had a similar question that is now buried. I would like to know how you dealt with maintenance, and what was the frequency of the problems.

You said you broke 30 spokes about. How did you gather all the replacements? and what about tools; a nifty all-in-one perhaps?

I have a billion other questions, but since the fixes are not covered in most bike-trek blogs I was wondering if you could explain more.
