Are you still able to work, and has your employer been accommodating to your medical needs?

At this point, how much has it cost you to support your treatments financially?

That is great to hear and a blessing for you. I also work for a company that is extremely family-oriented. I have seen our owners personally sacrifice their own income in order to do the right thing for an employee's medical/family situation. I realize that is rare. Wishing you all the best.

What programming language did you start by learning? And, what language do you recommend to aspiring developers?

I work in a small market with lots of C# and ASP.NET jobs. I know that outside of my geographic area, those technologies are not as popular. Would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks!
