But, but, but the driver was violating our policies! We are shocked that anyone would do this! We certainly don't make anyone work that hard for fear of losing their job!

I worked in 5 different restaurants, not fast food, and in every one minus the Chinese restaurant (only because it had an open kitchen) shitty customers had horrible things done to their food. Olive Garden was the worst.
Let's just say that scene in Waiting was pretty accurate.
Of course, I worked in an extremely touristy area, so we probably got more than our fair share of asshole customers. You're probably safe if you're the first rude person someone has waited on tonight. You definitely don't want to be the third or fourth one, though.

You're lucky that creepy men at your TK is a rare occurrence. I'm dating a Tilted Kilt girl and the girls at her location refer to almost all of their regulars as "the creepers".
Part of the hiring process (at hers, at least, I have no idea if this is local or corporate policy) was the requirement for the girls to create a separate Facebook account so the regulars can "connect" with them. Does your TK do this, and if so, how do you feel about being encouraged to pretend to have some sort of personal connection with your guests outside of work?

At the last bachelor's party I went to, I saw a small, extremely athletic stripper absolutely owning the pole to this song in time with the music. It was impressive.

We did this at the bar I ran. We gave everyone three weeks notice, and with the exception of a couple of the cooks who were mostly worthless anyway, everyone stayed. It didn't hurt that since it was privately owned, the owner couldn't legally do anything with the booze but sell as much of it dirt cheap as possible (we were selling Blantons and Goose for four bucks the last week for example), and then we had our employee Christmas party a week after we closed and everything was free. We invited a few of our favorite regulars too. Now that was a shitshow.
