That seems true of all of the fundamental Abrahamic religions. I think if you're asked to interpret religions as infallible you're going to end up a fundamentalist or at the other end minimum agnostic.

It is amazing and you can cook so many amazing dishes with the leftover ham hock. My collard greens are never quite right without a honey baked ham hock.
