Several times, you've mentioned gay and lesbian cases and rights, but do you think there will or should be a federal case seen in the Supreme Court wrt discrimination against trans people in the workplace? People across the country are losing jobs, being denied promotions and interviews simply because of an out trans status. A husband-wife couple at Amazon were harassed by fellow employees because the wife was discovered to be trans, and they ended up having to leave for their own safety and peace of mind. My own husband has been harassed at his former place of work, where even after he legally changed his name, management gave him a hard time about it, refused to change his records, attempted to force him to use his deadname, and passed him over several times for promotions that were instead given to people who had only been working there for a few months. One of my best friends had to be moved to a different location at their banking job because a person in a management position verbally harassed them about their trans status. The management personnel suffered no consequences. Every trans friend I have has been harassed and treated poorly at work, in the industries they work in, at college, and experienced severe depressive episodes, simply because they dare to exist.

In the last few months, there are also instances of trans people who have changed their name and gender marker legally being questioned if they're a legal citizen of the US, and having their passports revoked. I implore you to listen to our voices and help us stay safe.

What are the glaring differences between the set-up and preparations for the Olympics and Paralympics, if any? Are the accommodations different, and are the athletes treated the same?
