Baron met lil Sebastian?!

My wife is venezuelan and left when she was 20 (10 years ago). It was bad then, and worse now. I know the government is blocking a lot of what is coming in, so what can we do to help out (besides talking about it)? Also, are you in Caracas?

Not really. If the shoes are the hangup, look at last years models. You can typically get good entry level shoes from last year for 60-80 dollars. If the running is the hang up start slow. Do 1/4 of a mile first. It then goes to 1/2 and 1 then 2 then 3 then 5 then 10. You'll be surprised how quickly you move forward. This is exactly how I started and I am typing this to you wearing my Chicago Marathon shirt.
