You will have no choice but to get a professional, but the following can help tremendously in the interim:

Vacuum daily

Wash bed laundry at least weekly

Lysol any known nesting spots

That's it. Anything else is wasted time/effort.

With help from the pros, my method got us BB-free in two months. Just trying to help.
