There's a company based in Boston that I can't remember the name of but they drive light blue trucks specializing in the movement of art. My roommate from college worked there in the summers doing cross country drives. He talked about how there would be multiple state troopers for a tiny piece of art in an 18 wheeler I think because it's harder to hijack an 18 wheeler than a van

I can confirm I've seen this in real life. I was booking a trip from the states east coast to Europe at like 6 pm. Rechecked the price at 8 or 9pm and it went up by 10 or 20 dollars. I'm quite techy and I do know how obscure my online identity through VPNs, cookies, different computers, and DNS the price didn't change even days later.

It is B2B because they are a business selling their software and expertise to another business. The end user is not a customer so not B2C.
