I absolutely love hot foods, and especially hot sauce!! What's the absolutely hottest hot sauce that you've either tried or sell?

Oh my gosh! STEEEEEVE!!! I watch your show almost every day!! Is there anything specific you do to keep guests from bothering you when you go home? I'm talking psychologically... because some of your guests would bother me even if the show was over.
