I could be mistaken, but I think sites like Pandora would be okay because they already pay for the music that is broadcast. However, rebroadcasting that music is where you run into legal problems, just like how you can watch your own movie DVD, but you can't air it in a theater to make money (and streamers definitely make money, in part with the aid of that music).

You probably do have spina bifida occulta actually, which is in fact a mild form of spina bifida, where only bony segments are missing. The severe forms involved tissue pushing out through where the bone is missing.
