That's a really intense schedule. I assume you don't just sleep 3 hours every night?

I didn't have to do anything like that when I applied. I simply filled out a basic application form and sent over a scan of my passport and photo. I'm actually heading over on September 5th. It's my first time going into North Korea. Is there anything that you didn't bring along that you wish you had? I think I've got my grounds covered but I don't want to miss anything out just in case. Also, which tour company did you use for the tour?

Gambon!! (There's Michael Gambon but he certainly wasn't talking about him)... looks like he got Gabon and Gambia mixed up. And yes, Ali Bongo (President of Gabon) is a hilarious name for some of the older Brits as there was a famous British comedy magician called Ali Bongo who was large in the 60s/70s and the older generation will automatically associate the name with that.
