In a perfect world, the staff would properly dispose of the sharps as they're used. If it wasn't policy to get rid of them immediately, hazard pay would be appropriate.

What surprised you the most about this project, in terms of learning about your subjects?

If you don't mind my asking, what negative things have you heard about benlysta? I'm possibly going to be starting it soon and hadn't heard anything too bad about it. I realize there are risks, as with any med, but I'm running out of options soon lol
