I have a story/question that's kind of long, but here goes: I got lucky enough to hang with Dean and Gene a couple of times, because I met Leah (Gene's gf at the time) on a greyhound bus after a show in Pittsburgh.

Leah gave me her number and told me to give a shout if I was going to make it to a show, so she could put me on the guest list. How awesome is that?

One time I called her because you guys were going to play in Philly (Penn's Landing, around 10 years ago). She got me on the list and everything seemed cool. However, I was under 18 at the time, and my over-18 friend who was supposed to rent the hotel room, and pay for it, bailed on me at the last minute. I decided to go anyway.

Long story short, I ran out of money and had nowhere to go that night, was hungry, etc. Aaron and Leah gave me a ride back to the bus station and he gave me a twenty dollar bill. You guys were my idols, and this act of kindness was monumental to me.

So, my question is: Could you facilitate my paying him back that $20?

Either way, thanks for doing this. You're a real talent.

The way you used the acronym "CD" and then wrote out what it stands for reminds me of Tobias from Arrested Development.
