Norm McDonald is like the longest working, most underrated but patient comedy god alive today.

He will nuance into a joke long before it's clear that he's working up a bit, distract the audience, and then finish it before you know it.

That said, I adore your style, and am incredibly impressed with how much amazing material you've consistently put out there. I've watched king baby probably 20 times, and consider it a classic.

Oh, and the few times you "break" and have a bit of a chuckle, my kids (3 and 5) adore those moments and immediately start laughing with you. It's adorable to watch. You have such a warm and comfortable laugh. We all enjoy your work.

The neurological diversity of humanity is how we have managed to survive a variety of tragedies and destruction.

For some, being free of a collection of tools and nostalgic items to maintain and keep safe, seems like their life is over, and they are left with no sense of security. For others, it alleviates material anxiety and encourages exploration of their surroundings and self discovery. As a species, it's helpful to have both, people who remain calm during dramatic change as well as those who remind us of the value of what we lost and need to rebuild.

As a member of a family with hoarding tendencies, it was very hard to explain that my minimalist leanings were wonderful for discouraging some of the hermit impulses I have. There is so much stuff that I could lose and be absolutely fine, not because I don't value security or appreciate gifts, but because I know the items aren't as significant as the intent behind the person who gave them.

Personally, especially, dairy cows are a major emotional hurdle for me to accept.

Something about mammalian bonding through nursing, and exploiting that function through manipulation and stress breaks my heart. All for an over abundance of a product that is over eaten by some and not even digestible by a huge portion of the population.

Exactly! (and having less to dust and store is an amazing way to keep chores to a minimum because cleaning is just the absolute worst)

Isn't that "life" thus warrenting a right to protection?

And privacy being extremely relevant here, in the case of an involuntary pregnancy, does someone have to proceed with legal measures to prove it was involuntary before being permitted to have an abortion? How long can that take, and wouldn't that lead to late term abortions or the denial of them altogether, in some cases?
