I often find the neighbors dog in my backyard. He’s friendly to me and the neighbor comes and scoops any droppings back there so it generally doesn’t bother me. Let’s say hypothetically he attacks someone doing utility maintenance in my backyard. I’m assuming my policy is responsible but do I have any recourse to ask restitution from the neighbor? Generally speaking. I know you’re not a lawyer and probably don’t know much about Nebraska law. I’m just curious if there’s presence for this.

That’s good info. I don’t formally allow the dog use of my yard. I don’t leave out food or water and I don’t let him inside. I just have a four foot fence separating us and just moved into the house in October so the dogs habit was already established. He’s a good boy and I don’t mind him and the kids love him, so I’m not going to take action to stop the behavior.

In today's overly political correctness climate, where even Cards Against Humanity is having to step back and address some atrocities in their past are there any changes on how you approach humor with certain subjects? Is there anything in your past you worry is going to catch up with you and cause controversy with your current work?

After you get a masters, are you allowed to apply for an H1B visa? I really have no idea how these things work but all my Indian coworkers have H1Bs.
