Okay, I totally ignore skincare. I used to buy in to the cleaner/toner/moisturizer scene but I found my skin didn’t improve. And it was almost as if i was drying it out just to moisturizer. Additionally I’ve repeatedly read that The only real evidence supports spf for skincare.

Any comments? Any science to back up your routine??? I want to stay looking young and healthy too!
