This is a great question which needs to be brought into the discussion of climate change more often.

Also, if it doesn't receive a response, I think it's because you've answered the question yourself. "It forces us to radically change our daily behaviors." People want easy solutions, regardless of their validity.

It's a commendable effort, and I think there is a need for a free homebrewing course that covers all the basics. It's easy to get lost looking stuff up online and miss some important steps.

With that said, you've got a decent amount of work to do before I would recommend your course to anyone. You should try and get more feedback from experienced brewers and apply their advice to your course. Or maybe you could even find a brewer to partner with you. But at the very least you need to do more research. (You could probably do with spending a little more time browsing /r/homebrewing as well.)

In 2007, you suggested that the there are 10 steps a country takes on the path to fascism and that "each of these 10 steps has already been initiated today in the United States."

What are your thoughts on this currently? Have we moved closer to fascism or has the current administration reversed the trend?
