Love my Wustof block set, can you recommend or suggest proper way to sharpen and hone, and when or how often I should do either?

So I've been educating myself on how to handle police confrontations.

So when you ask a cop "Am I being detained?" I know that if he says "no", then I'm basically free to go. However, what happens if he says "yes". Is that the same as being arrested? If I get pulled over for speeding, I assume that I'm being detained, yes?, but not arrested. So what happens to the "legal environment" when I'm being detained. And how should I protect my rights when in fact I'm being detained, such as a DUI checkpoint (whether I've been drinking or not is not the point here). I'm just trying to enforce my constitutional rights, which have been erroding so much over the last few years that I take every small opportunity to ensure whatever rights are left don't get pissed away.

OK, so lets say I'm arrested and thrown in jail. What do I do?

What do I do about robot calls that don't allow me to reach a operator or person? Sometimes I get 10 such calls a day for weeks at my office and seems like the robot is broken and just calls and its either dead air on the other end, or I get one what is only a message with no option to reach a person, even if I press number buttons on the phone.

Those are the worst, because as soon as I hangup, they redial me. I usually just put them on "hold" to let the message play and let them self disconnect. It's infuriating as they hold up my telephone lines at my office! This has been going every week for years and I have found no solution.

How do you handle the passing the electronic connections between the pressure hull and sealing the cables at those pressures?? I work with connectors and cables and always have issues and would like to learn from experts. What brand do you use?
