No offense taken! OP saw animals suffering and it felt wrong. They couldn't continue working there because of how seeing that neglect and abuse made them feel. From stories of how my friends and fellow activists have found veganism, it's a really similar story. Unlike being plant based, veganism is an ethical framework based on the idea that we do all we can not to impose suffering.

That's the same thing I said, not too long ago. I ask that because the same compassion that is bringing you to stand up for these animals is what people find out about themselves when they see what happens to animals on factory farms and decide to go vegan. I hope you'll look into it. Thank you for doing right by these animals and standing up for them by speaking out.
