Just wanna say that that is so cool that you can hear trains beneath your house. At least, it’s cool for me to think about for 5 minutes and never have to worry about it again.

What advice do you have for college students looking to pursue journalism on the investigative, international scale you operate on?

Yeah, I was in ceremonies in the OA. The approach we always took to wearing the regalia was that this was a very serious thing and we've got a lot to learn from Native American culture. The values--stereotypical as they might seem--of respect for the natural world and the brotherhood of humankind were instilled in me and my fellow Scouts partly through OA. We still posed for pictures in the headdresses because we thought it looked cool and we weren't experts by any means on Native American culture by the end of it, but I wouldn't consider that racist. I can see how some people could think that we were racist if they thought we were parading around in the woods shouting "Injun!" like the lost boys in Peter Pan. But those people obviously had no idea what we were really doing.

How has the internet affected how you do business?

Here in the U.S., we have very strict copyright laws that mainly keep Disney's properties untouchable for 70 years after the death of the creator. Do these laws benefit you? I like photographers but I don't like monopolistic corporations. How can I support you when it comes to copyright laws?
