Hmmm...

a Professor at a Russell Group institution with a PhD in European Law from Cambridge University having spent his entire career studying it...

or a blogger and author (links on his wiki page to his publications go to 404 requests) who has a PhD in Public Sector Food-Poisoning Surveillance (still a remarkable feat, not poopooing his intelligence)
