We all hear about the horrors of war, so I want to ask what was the most beautiful thing you witnessed during your tours?

Thanks for the answer. I have always wanted to ask a vet this after reading a short stories book written by a Vietnam vet called The Things They Carried, there was chapter about how even in war there was beauty. So thanks, I have always wanted another vet this.
