Thanks for taking the time to do this AMA. I thought you had finished up but I see you'll be around a bit longer.

I recently read 'The Fall and Decline of IBM' by Robert Cringely. It's a very opinionated book particularly focused on IBM services department (I know you aren't services, though.) Have any of you read this book and find that the claims are unfounded?

It's inevitable that large companies will have areas that they struggle with. One of the claims is that management has become too bloated. Do you see this as a threat to the company?

What is one thing you actually dislike about working at IBM?

For the "formerly UrbanCode" people, what is it like to become part of Big Blue?

What approach does IBM take for encouraging women in technology? Would you say women are represented well on your respective teams?
