Let me start this off by saying that I loved Career Suicide, and am a huge fan of Beautiful Anonymous!

Is there one person with a specific experience or story that has really hit you the most close to home when taking calls?

I know that with some of them, you get a little emotional, but are there any specific instances that have been harder for you to listen to, or any that stand out as someone that you really would like to check in on again?
