@RobertCWilson - Big fan of Spin, but for a long time ebooks of the sequels were not available in the UK. Even now Amazon UK indexing of them is a mess making them hard for fans to find.
What are your thoughts on the way authors manage distribution of their work now and the rerelease of novels as ebooks? Were there difficulties taking part in something like a humblebundle?
