This is only vaguely related but this seems like the best place to ever tell this story. When I was young, like 12, my parents let me buy Mortal Kombat 3. My friend and I would play it all the time and our favorite characters were Cyrax and Sektor. My mom walked by the room one day as we were picking the characters and she freaked out and asked what the game just said. She thought it said cyber sex and sex toy. I had no idea what she meant at the time but that's still one of my favorite memories after looking back on it a couple years later.

During Brand New's set at Riot Fest, Andy came up on stage and sang "Play Crack the Sky" and as he left, Jesse said, "Kevin Devine, everybody!" I was very confused when I was there, as I didn't notice you on stage, and watching again I'm still confused. Did he accidentally call Andy you, or was there some reasoning?

Years ago I e-mailed you asking you if Put Your Ghost to Rest would be repressed to vinyl or if you knew where to get any... you actually replied at the time which was great, but you didn't have a clue. This is the only album I'm missing of yours and would love to get it. Any plans for a repress?

Also, my wife and I got to say hello at your last show in Minneapolis before you went on, and I just wanted to say how great the set was. We handed you our wedding mix CD which BB was on. Hope you liked it!

I swear at one point there was an announcement that Andy, Kevin, and Jesse were going to do a live record together. This was before Bad Books existed so I'm guessing it just never happened.
