I know this is politically incorrect to say in 2013, but homosexual hookups are especially risky. High rates of STDs and the average homosexual has a significantly higher number of past sexual partners. If you are gay, be extra careful, wear protection, and know your partner. (Not that straight people shouldn't be careful too).

So are different stories for the US and the rest of the world a thing of the past? Or is there an assumption that Americans simply do not want, or cannot handle, the same quality of news?
