As a 25 yr currently working the best job I've ever had with full benefits and I could set up a retirement plan, my questions are: should I rent or buy a home, and what tools should I use to budget myself so I can take advantage of the retirement plan offered by my job?

Where do you see room for improvement in CPUs in general or better yet what do you think the next big break through in the technology will be?
