Do you really believe it is a Chinese lack of fitness which made for the outbreak of the corona virus? Why would fitness level make someone a better host? I’m not sure I’m buying that one.

You can’t say “I don’t mean this rudely” and then throw shade speculating about someone’s health haha. An insult is an insult

I think the initial question is a fair question to ask. The health implications of such a lifestyle are interesting. A lot of the wording of the question does carry a lot of implicit judgement.

“No offense but…” is what you say when you know what you’re saying is offensive. They could have asked their question (which was legit) without needlessly commenting on weight or implying that their figure (which seems normal to me) visually implies lesser health.
