What platforms or processes do you believe provide the best solution for Moderation?

I find that wether you're Facebook or a smaller forum, problems with Moderation always inevitably surface. This seems to be a problem the internet has always had, but now blown up to a public scale because of the size of these companies

Follow up to that, do you think something as big as Facebook or Twitter can realistically implement something similar to Reddit?

And are you confirming Reddit as the superior social network?
