What emissions (GHG, and CAP) reductions will you see as a result from the electrification? Are you also looking into supplying CALtrain electricity from a renewable energy source? Do you have any state imposed emissions caps your are trying to meet with this project? Are you taking advantage of any other funding sources then CA and FTA?

Are you hoping for a constitutional amendment down the road? If so, what would it be designed to do? ie. To have publicly funded elections, or eliminate political contributions entirely, or something else?
