My daughter and I watch the show all the time and we often talk about what it would take to create a segment. The show does such a great job of simplifying and explaining complex processes to the point that I don't think people know or appreciate how much work and planning can go into creating a simple 10 minute segment.

Have you guys ever considered doing a How its Made episode about how episodes of How its Made are made?
