This seems to be the plan:

1) Propose and implement some blatantly illegal law

2) Have law struck down by Court

3) Call court illegitimate for striking down illegal law

Taking senior status is elective and not related to this issue at all. Further, removing a supreme court justice from hearing cases before the supreme court is literally removing them from their office in violation of the constitution. I'm taking it from the lack of any legal citation for your assertions, especially any legal citation from the constitution, that you have no legal support for your argument?

"The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour" - that's directly from the Constitution. Where in the Constitution does Congress have the power to remove a justice from his/her office absent a lack of good behavior? I've read it and don't see it anywhere.
