What’s your favorite beer to brew? Have you ever dumped an entire batch down the drain?

That first one sounds...interesting. That sour Sounds like the fluffer nutter porter I tried to make. Used marshmallow extract instead of real marshmallow because I figured it would ferment out. Just tasted disgustingly artificial and sweet. Never aged well so I dumped it all
