Disabled actors can only play disabled roles. If you take them away, you don't get disabled actors. People don't see real disabled people on screen, and people like Warwick are marginalized in society.
It's hard for a non-disabled actor to act in a disabled role. Take Artie from Glee. He simply can't move in a wheelchair the same way a disabled person can. So, he has a body double for the difficult scenes. So the disabled person is playing half of the role on screen, but doesn't get the recognition (or the money).

Another risk is that they may cancel your return ticket. I know someone who wanted to go from A to B (one way), but it was cheaper to get a return ticket from B to A. But when they didn't use the first half of the journey, the airline automatically cancelled the second half.

When I solve a cube (I'm not very good and haven't done so for 10+ years), I always start with the white face first. Force of habit. So I'm not colour neutral. Colour neutral means that how you approach solving the cube would be the same if the white squares were actually yellow, the red squares blue, etc - you just solve the cube the quickest way you can.
