Thank you for doing this AMA. Two Questions:

1. If you could give a teenage version of yourself some advice, what would it be?
2. Will you let the finance kid use you as an employee reference?

Its so sad that this is what the world has come to. Top of their class seniors not able to get jobs in finance because they don't have connections.
