Ma'am, let me please just thank you for all of the memories I have of Snoopy and Charlie Brown. The characters that your husband brought to life truly helped me deal with people in the real world. I continue to collect items with the PEANUTS characters because of this and the Christmas special is played year round in my house.

I took a class of yours at RollerCon last year and it definitely revolutionized the way I think about using my body in derby (recruiting your muscles). I've moved leagues and now the level I'm playing against is much more difficult. I've played sports my whole life, but am finding myself more emotionally invested in derby, so when I don't get through, I get super frustrated! Is there a mantra or something you do to remind yourself to reset at each jam? Also, what weightlifting lifts do you think are most important for derby and for jammers?
