Well this is a better method than COX - they have sent 4 different techs in 4 months for signal issues on my line, each one says 'they need to replace the tap' - how expensive is this; why do they not do it?

I can update this to state that she has in fact responded to this. This is still largely missing from anything on the net regarding this work though.
