Its a bit absurd to say "I'm recording this conversation for myself but I don't consent to you recording it for yourself". By saying that you are recording a conversation it would seem that that is implied consent to for both parties in the conversation to be able to record.

If a complaint were lodged and the US found to have violated its citizens privacy, is there a class action type lawsuit that could be filed?
