I am a big fan of Kitchen Nightmares (the brit version). My question is : Do restaurants that suscribe for the show really want help ? Have you ever seen one of these restaurants being on the show for the publicity that it gives ? Because when you see Gordon going back a few months/years later to the restaurant, some of them had changed nothing. Sometimes they even get back with their old menu.. How do the show deal with that ?
