Not quite.

I am actually a Data Analyst at an airline catering company. I assist the chefs in creating meals and inputting them into our computer applications to send to kitchens across the U.S.

Typically, the cabin crew and tech crew (pilots) get meals similar to Business Class or maybe even First Class. These meals are prepared on a dish, fresh in-house at the local kitchen and FAs heat them up in their ovens on the plane. Economy Meals (Coach) vary from airline to airline but are typically frozen pop-out meals.

And the type of meal (full course vs snack) is dependent on how long the flight is and what time it departs.

This sounds more like Spelling Words.

When my son was in kindergarten, he had a short list of words he was memorizing. Mostly words that did not follow the rules of the sounds of the English alphabet. But he was also taught how to read using different methods (sounding out, using the pictures on the page for context, rhyming words, adding -ing, etc).

He's now in 2nd grade, and they don't get any words sent home to learn to read. He will be getting words sent home to spell. That's different from learning how to read.

Hello! My husband and I were restaurant managers for a long time before we finally succumbed to the office 8-5 life.

  1. What is the most stressful part of owning a restaurant?

  2. How many hours per week do you estimate you work as an owner of a restaurant?

  3. When was this restaurant first operational?

  4. If there were any tough times financially, how did you overcome this?
