For another account and associated insight into meaning from an individual who had a condition very similar to your own,I would suggest you read the book by the neurosurgeon Eben Alexander. You may find similarities in perspective if not an actual alignment. Don't be put off by the "Heaven" interpretation. The account is worth reading because the events are similar to your own and worth considering as an alternate outcome for the experience you survived.
