Wow, that's right. I think it was always safe to say he would survive some way or another, they wouldn't have dared kill off one of or the most popular character, but it's nice to ow imagine that he fixed the pod as some kind of resolution.

That's the episode that really sticks with me. With how they build a civilization from nothing. Amazing.
