Above them? If you're a psychiatrist with years of training, you don't get to hide behind this bullshit. You have a choice to work there (shortage of psychiatrists), your oath, and the expectation that you take the lead on important matters; that's why they're highly paid.

You're not a lowly soldier at the front as a MD. You're part of the upper echelons of the officer corps.

Matt: The whole issue of the face and the problem of alterity when encountering the Other would definitely be interesting topic to discuss! I can already see how you could have a bunch of enemies on the screen that all look alike and how the 8-bit main character sees them as all alike because he made them into the category of enemy, each being denied their alterity by the main character! I can definitely see some potential here :)

Mia: The Ego and His Own is the main work by Stirner. It is quite an enjoyable read - a lot less dry than let's say Levinas, Hegel or Derrida. He seeks to push the ideas of the Enlightenment to the most extreme and it results in him proposing the most extreme form of individualism I have come to come across in Western philosophy!

Hey there! Philosophy graduate student here.

Are you guys considering a video about Levinas or Stirner?

Cheers and keep up the good work!

As for nurses, its a different matter, I agree. It likely depends on the nurse though. Some of them are high in the hierarchy.

Hello Jeremy!

Do you think that UKIP is popular because the other parties fail to address the immigration question in a concrete manner? Do you think that a coalition Cons-UKIP would have the conservatives support UKIP's stance on immigration? I ask because it seems that once this question is dealt with, the UKIP will have a hard time surviving elections or have any leverage in the context of a coalition.

Also, are you hiring any helpers or interns? If so, is it possible from outside the UK? :D

Thanks in advance for the answers!
