Does the historical setting bear any relation to the actual game? I live in Bristol and wonder which map you might have based the game board on.

What is your take on how this (and other similar knife attacks) are cited as examples of how gun policy actually prevented this being much more serious? (In other words, the assailant only had access to a knife, albeit a big one, and not a semi-automatic rifle, and consequently, there were no deaths.)
