I'm in a similar situation as you were. I'm currently working part time as a computer technician for a local repair shop, and make $14 an hour. I've become disinterested in personal technology, and decided not to make a career out of sitting behind a computer all day. I'm a full time online student at the University of Montana College of Technology on my last semester in the Energy Tech program, and I'm slated to take the NABCEP exam in a few months.
How much extra knowledge do you learn on the job in addition to what is covered in the exam? After 2 years in school, I feel like I'm missing a lot of knowledge that is probably best learned in the field.

I had no idea people did this! This is an interesting (ridiculous) shift in the stigma of PV. I thought people viewed PV arrays as eyesores... but i suppose it's becoming the equivalent of installing a fake satellite dish on your roof in the past.

Do you anticipate starting even more companies in your lifetime, or are you planning on retiring anytime soon?

Did you ever hear about how the rest of the litter grew up? Are they also ridiculously large?
