What's your writing process like? What's a typical writing session like?

Hi! I really love your books, especially Tiny Beautiful Things! Do you and your family have any Halloween traditions? :)

I also prefer immersive periods, though right now I'm in a "squeeze it in when I can" period, so I appreciate hearing this from you.
