What are your suggestions to someone to set up a fun scavenger hunt for their significant other? My wife loves this kind of stuff but I’m kind of intimidated by it. Also she did one for me once and it was so frustratingly hard I hated it and came home so grumpy. So I guess my question is, if I set one up how can I make it fun and interesting without just monotonously sending her around town to find 20 paper notes?

Yeah so every clue was just a different spot fairly far from the other so I had to drive around for a few hours by myself looking for them. So one of the clues said something along the lines of where we had our first kiss. Easy enough right? So I drive where I think it is and I can’t find the fucking clue anywhere, so I text her and ask for a clue and it’s the spot where we first kissed... after we had a big fight that one time a few weeks ago... on the other side of town. The reason she sent me alone is that she was at home setting up a surprise for me. I love my wife and it was sweet of her to do it for me and I really tried to be a good sport. I know I should have gone home and smiled and told her it was the best thing ever but I just couldn’t I was so mad. Also keep in mind I was a very poor college student at the time and could hardly afford gas so the whole time I’m praying by the time I finish this fucking string of clues I’ll have enough gas to make it to class/work the next day.
