Being an avid minecraft player, I feel as though you capture the essence and serenity of minecraft very well. What were some of the influences you had while composing both the ambient sounds and sound tracks?

Did mojang directly tell you what they wanted as far as music and sounds, or was there room for your own creativity in making the sound?

Did you play minecraft at all before you worked on the sounds and music of the game?
